"HOT" as in a 45 Degrees hot photoshoot with a hot bike, 2 hot models and a very "hot" photographer.
Arriving on location we got out of the cars ... hot hot hot ... only to get straight back in again to catch a last breath of cold air before we start shooting near Meydan Racecourse and Maghreb Desert.
My agency Bareface had organised this shoot for me and teamed me up with the incredible German photographer Markus Hofmann, whose speciality are motorbikes, animals and fashion (sometimes all at once - check out his site). What an incredible man and photographer, such a pleasure to work with, we all felt very lucky and having just received the photos from the shoot ... it was well worth every drop of sweat and more.
I have the great pleasure of working with a lot of German photographers coming to Dubai for shoots and the makeup brief is usually quite different to shoots intended for the UAE market. Makeup is all about enhancing the natural beauty of the models and I am generally expected to stay away from eyeliner, blusher and too much contouring. So, for this shoot, I spent most of my time creating flawless healthy skin with a little bit of sheen in the right places for our seriously stunning models Sophie L and fellow German Patrik M from Bareface.
