Super Injunction Premier League Footballer Who Had Affair With Imogen Thomas Forgiven By His Wife

A PREMIER League footballer who had an affair with Big Brother’s Imogen Thomas has admitted his cheating to his wife.
The star confessed when his missus became suspicious that he was the celebrity hiding behind the latest super-injunction and confronted him.

It is understood she broke down in tears but has agreed to give them another chance for the sake of their family.

A source said: “For the past two weeks the wife has been wondering if it is her husband being referred to in the newspapers as the footballer who had an affair.

“But she needed to hear it for herself so she confronted him, demanding to know the truth. She asked him straight out if he had been cheating and he admitted he had. The infidelity has left her devastated. But she’s determined to try to make the marriage work.”

The world famous star – described as a “family man” – won a High Court ruling last month banning his name from being published to protect his reputation. He acted after The Sun confronted him about the six-month affair with model Imogen, 28. (The Sun)

So now his wife knows, as does most members of the press and a significant portion of the general public, yet we can name the Premier League footballer and anyone who does would be breaking the super injunction that was handed to the star.

Surely it’s only a matter of time now….
