Mandatory flowers

Mr Octopus is buying me a flower today.

He often does that, but today he's sort of "legally" obliged to.

El Sr Pulpo me comprará una flor hoy.

Lo hace habitualmente pero hoy está como "legalmente obligado" a ello...
